Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment cycle for various roles across Max Muscle s branches and departments, ensuring timely and effective hiring.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored job descriptions and specifications.
Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates using multiple channels, including job boards, social media, and recruitment agencies.
Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with relevant stakeholders, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate progress in the applicant tracking system.
Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and promote Max Muscle as an employer of choice.
Ensure compliance with all labor laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress to HR leadership.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within a fast-paced or retail environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and interview methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Retail Experience is a must
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
