Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates qualifications and cultural fit.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events, to attract top talent.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Provide timely feedback to candidates and ensure clear communication throughout the hiring process.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company s visibility as an employer of choice.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and prepare regular reports on hiring progress and outcomes.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar HR role.
- Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Attention to detail and a high level of professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices.
