Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various roles.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Draft and post job advertisements on relevant job boards, social media, and company platforms to attract qualified candidates.
Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams, ensuring a smooth and timely process.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system.
Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company s reputation as an employer of choice.
Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress to HR leadership.
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Fluency in English, Microsoft and exporting & Importing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple open positions and prioritize tasks effectively.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Demonstrated ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Knowledge of labor laws and best practices in recruitment.
Desired Candidate Profile
