Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive candidate sourcing through LinkedIn, job boards, social media platforms, networking, and referrals.
Utilize advanced Boolean and search techniques to identify and engage top talent.
Screen resumes and applications to assess qualifications, experience, and role suitability.
Coordinate and conduct structured interviews focusing on behavioral and situational assessment methods.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and recruitment priorities.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from job posting through offer negotiation and onboarding support.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate tracking within the ATS system.
Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
Stay updated on market trends, recruitment best practices, and talent acquisition strategies.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR sourcing.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, Boolean search, and recruitment platforms.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to assess candidates effectively through structured interviewing methods.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
