Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer management, and onboarding.
Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand manpower requirements and develop effective hiring strategies aligned with business objectives.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline across multiple functions and levels, especially within fast-paced FMCG operations.
Drive proactive sourcing initiatives through job portals, social media, networking, employee referrals, and market mapping.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience while strengthening employer branding and market presence.
Take ownership of recruitment timelines and ensure positions are closed within agreed deadlines and hiring KPIs.
Maintain accurate recruitment reports, dashboards, and ATS records while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Act as a trusted stakeholder partner by providing market insights, hiring trends, and recruitment recommendations to business leaders.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment processes, efficiency, and quality of hires.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of proven recruitment experience, with mandatory prior experience in the FMCG industry.
Strong understanding of FMCG hiring dynamics, especially high-volume and operational hiring requirements.
Self-starter with strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build strong working relationships across departments.
Strong track record of meeting recruitment deadlines and delivering results under pressure.
Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques, recruitment tools, assessment methods, and ATS platforms.
Excellent communication, coordination, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while maintaining quality and speed of hiring.
Energetic, proactive, and adaptable professional with a solution-oriented approach.
