Job Location : Kuwait
Key Responsibilities :
Lead the full recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Partner with department heads to understand current and future staffing needs.
Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
Ensure all recruitment practices comply with labor laws and company policies.
Build and maintain a candidate pipeline for critical roles.
Provide recruitment insights and reports to management for decision-making.
Continuously improve hiring processes to ensure speed, efficiency, and a positive candidate experience.
Requirements :
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
Proven experience in recruitment/talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
