Roles & Responsibilities

Recruitment :

  • To define recruitment needs with managers
  • develop and distribute job offers
  • Manage the recruitment process (sourcing, interviews, selection)
  • Developing the employer brand
  • Ensuring the integration of new employees

Formation :


  • Identify training needs
  • develop and implement the training plan
  • Organize training activities (internal and external)
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
  • Do budget training

Career management:


  • Implement talent management tools (workforce planning, succession plans)
  • Supporting employees in their professional development
  • Conducting annual and performance reviews
  • Identifying potential and managing internal mobility
  • Implement individual development plans
  • Bachelor's degree (4-5 years of higher education) in Human Resources, Management or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in HR, ideally in a similar role
  • Good knowledge of HR practices (recruitment, training, workforce planning)
  • Mastery of HR and office tools
  • Knowledge of labor legislation
