Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Define recruitment needs with managers.
  • Write and disseminate offers, pre-select candidates.
  • Organize interviews and follow integrations.
  • Develop the annual training plan and monitor its implementation.
  • Evaluate the impact of training and propose improvements.

Skills:

  • Mastery of recruitment and training techniques.
  • Sense of listening, analysis and communication.
  • Ability to manage several projects in parallel.
  • Knowledge of legal obligations regarding recruitment and training.

Required qualifications:

  • Bac+3 Bac+5 in HR, work psychology.
