Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Define recruitment needs with managers.
- Write and disseminate offers, pre-select candidates.
- Organize interviews and follow integrations.
- Develop the annual training plan and monitor its implementation.
- Evaluate the impact of training and propose improvements.
Skills:
- Mastery of recruitment and training techniques.
- Sense of listening, analysis and communication.
- Ability to manage several projects in parallel.
- Knowledge of legal obligations regarding recruitment and training.
Desired Candidate Profile
Required qualifications:
- Bac+3 Bac+5 in HR, work psychology.
- Experience of 2 4 years in a similar position.
