Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Define and execute the MEA & Turkey channel strategy, in alignment with Submer s global partner framework.
Build, manage, and scale strategic relationships with distributors, resellers, system integrators, consultants, and OEM/ISV partners across Saudi Arabia, UAE, GCC, Turkey, North Africa, and Sub-Saharan Africa.
Develop and roll out tiered partner programs (Gold/Silver/Authorized, etc.) with clear incentives, certifications, and KPIs.
Drive partner enablement (training, certification, demo environments, co-marketing) to accelerate adoption of Submer solutions.
Support large transformational and sovereign projects (Vision 2030, PIF initiatives, UAE AI initiatives, Egypt digital growth programs, etc.) through the partner ecosystem.
Negotiate and formalize partnership agreements (designated partner models, regional exclusivity where strategic, discount frameworks, and pricebook compliance).
Collaborate with Sales, Presales, and Marketing teams to ensure partners are equipped to win strategic datacenter, HPC/AI, and cloud transformation projects.
Represent Submer within partner ecosystems and at industry events across MEA & Turkey, working closely with hyperscalers, OEMs and AI/HPC leaders.
Track, measure, and report partner performance against revenue contribution, pipeline generation, and project execution.
Adapt Submer s global partner policies to reflect the realities of regional markets, regulations, and cultural practices.
Desired Candidate Profile
12 15+ years in channel/alliances leadership roles across MEA & Turkey within datacenter, cloud, HPC/AI, or enterprise IT sectors.
Demonstrated success in building and scaling partner ecosystems with GSIs, distributors, and OEM/ISV alliances.
Strong understanding of government, sovereign cloud/AI, PIF-backed, and enterprise digital transformation initiatives across GCC, Turkey, and Africa.
Experience negotiating complex partner agreements and driving channel enablement programs.
Bilingual (English and Arabic) is preferred; Turkish or French is a plus.
