Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Drive regional growth by devising and implementing strategic plans tailored to local market dynamics, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and local government entities, to enhance brand visibility and drive collaboration.
- Monitor and analyze regional performance metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement while taking proactive measures to address challenges.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of managers, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance to meet or exceed regional sales targets.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a strong plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in regional management or a related leadership role within the industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive market.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams with a focus on performance management and employee development.
