Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Director to lead our commercial operations in Mohammedia, Morocco. In this key role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building and managing a high-performing sales team, and establishing strong customer relationships to ensure the long-term success of our organization. The ideal candidate will combine strategic vision with practical sales expertise and demonstrate the determination and drive necessary to achieve ambitious targets in a competitive market.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue and organizational targets. Lead, coach, and motivate a sales team to maximize performance, productivity, and professional development. Manage the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals with key accounts and new clients. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities and tailor sales approaches. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to foster continuous improvement within the team.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty. Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management. Implement and optimize customer relationship management (CRM) systems and sales processes. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with organizational objectives. Monitor sales metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-5 years of proven experience in sales management or in a senior management role within the commercial field, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and train sales professionals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with various stakeholders. Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms and sales analytics tools.
- Advanced negotiation and contract closing skills, with a customer-centric approach. Proven ability to analyze market data, develop sales strategies, and make data-driven decisions. Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proven experience in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Good knowledge of the Moroccan market and regional business practices (preferred) Experience in coaching and mentoring for the development of team members (preferred)
