Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


The Regional Manager will act as the primary Single Point of Contact between the client’s regional subsidiaries and headquarters. The role focuses on managing eCommerce operations across the MEA region, ensuring smooth workflows, issue resolution, and continuous improvements.


Manage day-to-day eCommerce operations for MEA subsidiaries

  • Liaise between local subsidiaries and HQ development teams
  • Track and resolve issues in Jira
  • Identify opportunities for operational, promotional, and content improvements
  • Support the Regional Operations team in monitoring lead times and recurring issues

Desired Candidate Profile


Required Skills:

  • Excellent English communication & cross-cultural skills
  • Proficiency in Jira & Confluence
  • Strong stakeholder management & coordination skills
  • Understanding of eCommerce operational flows (OMS, 3PL, AEM)

Preferred Technical Knowledge:

  • Magento (Promotion & Order Flow Management)
  • Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
  • Jira / Confluence
