Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Drive business development and sales growth across the MENA region.
Deliver annual and quarterly revenue targets for the MENA region.
Aggressively hunt for new business: identify, qualify, and close opportunities
Drive key account penetration and wallet share growth in strategic customers.
Develop and execute region-specific sales strategies to outperform competition.
Identify and develop new customers, distributors, and channel partners.
Manage key accounts and build long-term relationships
Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with business goals.
Conduct market research to track industry trends, competitor activity, and growth opportunities.
Lead high-value negotiations, pricing discussions.
Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, operations, and marketing) for solution-based selling.
Ability to translate technical requirements into commercial viable solutions.
Represent the organization in client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS for management review.
Collaborate with application engineering and product teams to push solution-led selling.
Track sales pipeline rigorously and ensure accurate forecasting and conversion ratios
Strong exposure to MENA markets with an established industrial relationships.
Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
