Roles & Responsibilities

Role Snapshot


Designation would be Area Service Manager. Role would report to National Service Manager


You would lead a team of service engineers to deliver on-time service aligning with quality & cost parameters


Role KRAs

  • Managing & Motivating the Service Team to enhance their productivity
  • Design Strategies for increasing the number of contracts, reduce the response time, improve quality of service & deliver high level of customer satisfaction
  • Ensure the achievement of Service Targets by constantly monitoring the service performance
  • Ensure the achievement of Sales Targets & gross profit Targets as set in the business plan by constantly monitoring the sales achievements & ensuring effective cost control measures.
  • Manage relationship with key accounts to generate additional business
  • Maintain the optimum level of Consumables & spare parts stocks to avoid service delays.
  • Ensure 100% Preventive maintenances are carried out as per PM planner & SLAs for Customers
  • To regularly come up with creative or innovative ideas to improve service delivery to the customers, manpower optimization, cost optimization & business improvements
  • Create an environment that sustains and encourages high performance of Service Team, thereby maximizing their contribution levels and achieving branch Service KPIs
  • Co-ordinate activities for identification of training needs of employees to upgrade their technical skills & product knowledge
