Roles & Responsibilities

The Regional Sales Executive is fully responsible for generating new business and closing deals.

This is a pure sales role focused on:

  • Lead generation
  • Pipeline development
  • Full sales cycle management
  • Revenue target achievement

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads across the MEA region
  • Conduct cold outreach, networking, referrals, and digital prospecting
  • Build and manage a structured sales pipeline
  • Secure meetings with CEOs, HR Directors, and decision-makers
  • Present Top Notch Consultancy services professionally
  • Prepare proposals and follow up consistently
  • Negotiate commercial terms
  • Close recruitment deals
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue KPIs
  • Maintain CRM discipline and reporting accuracy
