Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Achieve sales budget
Have necessary contacts developed with the end users / channel partners
Managing key accounts and implementing highly effective sales strategies, planning and executing corporate strategies pertaining to business operations.
Develop channel partners where necessary
Develop business in KSA along with Al Marsa
Harness relations with Adamallys / Bhatia Brothers and other existing channel partners
Grow SOW and also VAR sales with the channel partners
Give necessary inputs for contract Review
Ensure min. margin % and grow further
Business Intelligence
Driving new / strategic initiatives in Middle East region
Monitoring & controlling operations with respect to cost
Executing analytical studies to identify pattern and insights for new product launch VP establishment and key customer management in Middle East.
Liaison with CFT based in India for execution
Desired Candidate Profile
Good value based selling skills
Large Account Management Experience
Experience in Shipping and offshore industry
Previous experience of rope and slings will be highly desired
Must have Exposure in Ropes & Lifting products (Shipping / Marine segment /Material Handling/shiping)
