We seek a highly motivated Cyber Security Sales Manager for the GCC region to drive our sales initiatives and expand our market presence.

Job Summary:

As the GCC region's Securonix Sales Account Manager, you will drive sales efforts to promote our Cyber Security solutions. You will engage with existing and new clients to understand their security needs, develop tailored strategies, and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets. This role requires a strong understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven track record in enterprise solution sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Create and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our market presence in the cybersecurity domain.
  • Enterprise Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospects, understanding their needs and challenges in cybersecurity.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and industry events.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging cybersecurity threats to inform sales strategies.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver engaging and informative presentations to clients, showcasing our cybersecurity solutions and their benefits.
  • Drive sales campaigns directly with customers and via Channel partners
  • Hire and Enable channel and MSSP partners in the region to expand the market reach
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and technical teams to align sales efforts with product offerings and customer needs.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management, highlighting performance metrics and growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Overall 10+ years of experience 4+ years of enterprise sales experience in the cybersecurity SIEM sector with specific selling experience in Riyadh, KSA.
  • Prefer Arabic speaking professional.
  • Track record of beating annual quotas in Cyber Security solution / Services sales
  • Strong understanding of the region's cybersecurity market, influencers, and regulatory requirements.
  • Intimate working relationships with Cybersecurity Channel Partners in the region
  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales forecasting tools.
