Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Formulate and implement regional sales strategies with a focus on BFSI/insurance sector

Drive revenue growth, client acquisition, and large-scale business expansion

Lead and develop high-performing sales teams across multiple geographies

CRM

Required Candidate profile

MBA (mandatory, Tier 1/Tier 2 preferred)
Minimum 15 years in hardcore sales with 8 10 years in leadership roles
Insurance & BFSI Sales Experience mandatory
