Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop tailored care plans.
  • Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and provide effective wound care.
  • Support physicians during diagnostic tests and medical procedures.
  • Educate patients and families on treatment protocols, disease prevention, and proper medication use.
  • Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, coordinated care.
  • Maintain precise and up-to-date patient documentation in line with clinical standards.
  • Comply with all healthcare, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care, building trust and emotional support for patients and their families.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Valid UAE Registered Nurse license/ Eligibility Letter approved by DHA, DOH/HAAD, or MOH.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
  • Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in a medical facility.
  • Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and time management skills

Skills:

  • Familiarity with electronic health records
