Roles & Responsibilities
Job Role: Relationship Executive
Location: Dubai (On-Site)
Job Type: Full-time
Experience: 0 – 5 years (Freshers Encouraged to Apply)
Languages: Hindi Mandatory
Key Responsibilities:
1. Connect with potential and existing customers through calls and digital channels to introduce company products and services.
2. Build long-term customer relationships by understanding their needs and offering suitable solutions.
3. Convert customer inquiries into successful sales by highlighting features, benefits, and offers.
4. Achieve and exceed assigned daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and transactions in CRM systems.
6. Handle customer concerns and objections with professionalism and empathy.
7. Collaborate with internal teams by sharing customer feedback to enhance overall service quality.
8. Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and industry trends to provide customers with accurate information.
Desired Candidate Profile
Key Skills & Requirements:
1. Proficiency in languages (Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Gujarati, etc.) preferred
2. Strong communication, listening, and persuasion skills.
3. Target-driven with excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
4. Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
5. Familiarity with CRM systems and customer engagement tools is an advantage.
6. Positive attitude, team player mindset, and eagerness to learn and grow.
