Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Build and manage relationships with new and existing clients to drive real estate sales.
Guide clients through their investment journey from initial inquiry to post-sale support.
Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, and outbound efforts.
Conduct property presentations, arrange site visits, and present relevant project details and benefits.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, legal, finance, CRM) to ensure smooth transactions and exceptional client service.
Negotiate and finalize deals in line with company policies and client interests.
Stay updated on Dubai s real estate trends, market developments, and competitor activity.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, deals, and follow-ups using CRM tools
Desired Candidate Profile
2 3 years of experience in real estate sales or relationship management (experience with developers is a plus)
Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and property transaction processes
Professional presentation and client engagement skills
Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor s degree in Business or a related field
Valid UAE driving license preferred
