Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

  2. Understand client requirements and provide suitable product or service solutions.

  3. Act as the primary point of contact for clients and address their inquiries promptly.

  4. Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and client engagement.

  5. Maintain accurate client records and update customer interactions in the CRM system.

  6. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

  7. Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to strengthen relationships and identify additional opportunities.

  8. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.

  2. Proven experience in client relationship management, sales, or account management.

  3. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

  4. Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.

  5. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

  6. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
