Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and prospects.

  2. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable real estate solutions.

  3. Drive property sales and achieve assigned sales targets.

  4. Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.

  5. Manage the end-to-end sales process, including documentation and coordination with internal teams.

  6. Maintain an updated client database and provide regular follow-ups.

  7. Identify new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and market research.

  8. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and after-sales support.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

  2. Minimum 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales or relationship management (UAE experience preferred).

  3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  4. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

  5. Good knowledge of the UAE real estate market.

  6. Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
