This is a full-time on-site role for a Credit Card Specialist located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role involves promoting credit card products, handling customer inquiries, and providing excellent customer service. Sales Officer will also be responsible for building relationships with clients, achieving sales targets, and staying informed about financial products and industry trends. Roles & Responsibilities: Client consultation: Meet with potential customers to understand their financial needs, current financial status (including income, expenses, and credit history), and long-term goals. Financial assessment: Evaluate client creditworthiness and financial eligibility to determine their borrowing capacity and match them with appropriate products. Sales and business development: Generate new business to meet sales targets by building relationships with customers, companies, and other referral sources. Compliance and record-keeping: Ensure all activities adhere to regulatory standards and internal policies. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and applications. Stay informed: Keep up-to-date with changes in the banking industry, including market trends, interest rates, and regulations, to provide the most informed advice.
