Role Overview:
We are seeking a Reliability Engineer based in KSA to ensure the optimal performance, availability, and longevity of our lifting equipment across both KSA and UAE operations. The role involves leading reliability improvement initiatives, optimizing preventive and predictive maintenance, conducting root cause analysis, and coordinating closely with operations and engineering teams in both countries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor equipment performance and identify trends or potential failures across KSA and UAE operations.

• Develop and implement reliability programs to reduce downtime and extend equipment lifespan.

• Conduct root cause analysis for repeated equipment issues and recommend corrective actions.

• Optimize preventive and predictive maintenance schedules using modern tools such as vibration analysis and condition monitoring.

• Prepare reports, dashboards, and KPIs for management highlighting reliability trends and improvement plans.

• Collaborate with Operations, Workshop, Procurement, and Engineering teams in both KSA and UAE to align reliability initiatives with operational needs.

• Ensure all reliability improvements comply with safety, regulatory, and manufacturer standards.
