Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and implement reliability strategies to enhance asset performance and reduce downtime.
Lead reliability engineering initiatives including RCA (Root Cause Analysis), FMEA, and predictive maintenance.
Oversee asset integrity, maintenance planning, and equipment lifecycle management.
Drive continuous improvement programs and reliability-centered maintenance (RCM).
Manage and mentor a team of engineers and maintenance professionals.
Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and HSE teams to ensure safe and efficient plant performance.
Utilize data analytics and CMMS systems to improve equipment reliability.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 15+ years of experience in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / Refinery industry. Proven experience in managerial/leadership roles. Strong expertise in reliability methodologies and maintenance best practices. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical or related field) Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
