Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Freelance Travel Consultant
Handle customer inquiries for flights and travel packages
Advise clients to identify the best travel options
Use company booking and sales platforms to close sales
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Meet monthly sales targets in a commission-based role
Attend required training and ongoing development sessions
Desired Candidate Profile
Good spoken and written English is required
Previous sales experience or strong commercial and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Full-time availability for the initial 2-week training period (approximately 8 hours per day)
Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working with performance-based income
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay organized
Strong interest in travel, sales, and remote work opportunities
Additional Information
This is a freelance / independent contractor role
No base salary – earnings are 100% commission-based
Commissions are paid monthly in arrears, starting from the second month
Free, intensive 2-week training is provided (unpaid but mandatory)
100% remote work – candidates may apply from any location
