Roles & Responsibilities

Sales & Account Management Alignment

  • Unified Sales Support: Act as the primary renewals partner for Account Managers (AMs) and Sales

Managers, providing them with accurate renewal data and "ready-to-present" proposals for their respective

clients.

  • Proactive Pipeline Review: Regularly meet with Sales teams to review upcoming expirations and assist in

strategizing the best approach for high-value or complex accounts.

  • Customer Interface: Serve as a subject matter expert for customers regarding their support entitlements,

contract dates, and the value of vendor-specific services (Cisco SmartNet, Huawei Hi-Care, etc.).

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience: 1–2 years in IT Sales Coordination, Renewals, or Inside Sales within the IT Systems Integration

industry.

  • Vendor Knowledge: Familiarity with the support and licensing models of Cisco, Huawei, Fortinet, HPE, and

Dell.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written English. Proficiency in Arabic is highly valued for coordinating

with local procurement and government entities.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Excel for managing large data sets of

assets and serial numbers.
