Roles & Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Monitor and track upcoming contract expirations or renewals.
  • Proactively engage with clients before renewal dates to discuss terms, negotiate contracts, and address concerns and ensure timely renewals
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients during the renewal process, addressing inquiries and providing necessary information
  • Identify reasons for non-renewals and work with the sales or customer success teams to mitigate issues and retain customers.
  • Provide regular reports and insights on renewal performance to management and relevant stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively across departments to address customer needs and concerns related to renewals.
