Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the sales team to successfully meet sales targets and objectives.

  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulations and address any breaches promptly.
  • Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies to maintain market competitiveness.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports and present findings to senior management regularly.
  • Manage relationships with corporate clients, develop new business opportunities, and nurture ongoing partnerships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in a sales management role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets effectively.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills to drive team performance.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities for dealing with clients and partners.
  • Familiarity with car rental operations and fleet management will be an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound business decisions.
