Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Generate new business leads and convert them into active rental clients.
- Promote and sell rental solutions for generators, high-pressure pumps, and centrifugal pumps.
- Identify and approach potential clients across construction, infrastructure, industrial, and project-based sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, project managers, and procurement teams.
- Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals, rental agreements, and pricing terms.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive business development.
- Coordinate with operations and technical teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate sales records, pipelines, and reporting.
Desired Candidate Profile
Indian nationality preferred.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and results-focused.
- Comfortable with field sales and frequent client visits.
- Prior experience working with generator and pump rental companies is highly preferred.
