Position Overview

As a Reporting Specialist, you ll play a critical role in tracking KPIs, visualizing performance data, and supporting decision-making processes on one of the most high-profile infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia. Your work will directly contribute to operational efficiency and stakeholder visibility across key project metrics.

What You ll Do

* Collect data from multiple project management, ERP, and operational systems to ensure complete and accurate inputs for analysis
* Develop and maintain dashboards and detailed reports using tools like Excel, Power BI, and Tableau
* Analyze trends and performance metrics to highlight bottlenecks, variances, and opportunities for process improvement
* Deliver regular and ad-hoc reports tailored for senior leadership, department heads, and external stakeholders
* Support automation and optimization of reporting workflows and templates
* Ensure that reports are aligned with data governance policies and privacy standards
* Present data-driven insights in clear, visually engaging formats suitable for both technical and non-technical audiences
* Work with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and clarify data needs
* Track compliance with internal reporting standards and maintain version control and audit trails

Ideal Profile

* Degree in Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field
* Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in reporting or data analysis roles
* Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and SQL; experience with Power BI or Tableau highly preferred
* Proven ability to turn raw data into meaningful reports and actionable insights
* High attention to detail, with strong data validation and quality control habits
* Clear communication skills, both written and verbal, in Arabic and English
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple reporting tasks under tight deadlines
