Required Quantity Surveyor for a Civil Firm .

Your job will include the following responsibilities

· Establishing a cordial relationship with all the clients, sub-contractors and all other stakeholders

· Pre and Post Tendering Work

· Developing in-depth knowledge of company’s business and liaise with the operation team for project execution to the utmost satisfaction of the client

· Suggesting innovative ways for business promotion and developing growth strategies

· Ensure all the commitments are accomplished as per the project plans and cost estimations

· Coordinating for procurement of materials / sub-contractors as and when required

· Reviewing the progress of ongoing works and preparing reports for the management

· Acting as an escalation point for all requests and incidents.

· Following up with the client in case of delay in payment

· Keeping records of all works and payments

· Managing all activities related to fleet management

· Following up with the client for feedback and maintaining feedback register

· Acting as a single point of contract for the client/consultant tendering team during the inquiry and bidding processes and attending pre bid meetings.

· Attending pre bid clarification meeting for better understanding of the project

· Calculating and verifying quantities of various items and validating the BOQ

· All in house coordination for preparation of bid including follow up, collection of input from management or any other group of company.

· Collecting quotations from subcontractors and suppliers to include in the tender.
