Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are looking for a professional, organized, and proactive Receptionist cum Executive Assistant to manage front desk operations while providing high-level administrative support to senior management. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a professional approach in handling visitors, calls, scheduling, and confidential matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests professionally.

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.

  • Manage front desk operations and maintain a presentable reception area.

  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.

  • Maintain executive calendars, schedules, and travel arrangements.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, letters, and meeting minutes.

  • Handle courier services, office supplies, and administrative documentation.

  • Maintain filing systems and confidential records.

  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.

  • Assist management with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.

  • Support HR/Admin activities such as employee records, onboarding coordination, and attendance tracking.

  • Ensure smooth office operations and provide general administrative support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field.

  • Proven experience as a Receptionist, Executive Assistant, or similar administrative role.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
