Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle resellers, dealers, and walk-in customers in the Bur Dubai / Deira trading market
  • Maintain and grow active reseller accounts
  • Reactivate dormant reseller relationships
  • Prepare and follow up on daily quotations
  • Negotiate prices while protecting Gross Profit (GP) margins
  • Handle back-to-back trading, stock availability, and lead times
  • Close orders through calls, WhatsApp, and email
  • Coordinate with distributors for pricing, stock, and delivery timelines
  • Track backorders, fast-moving SKUs, and stock clearance opportunities
  • Support basic after-sales coordination (delivery follow-up, order status)

  • Market knowledge and strong understanding of distributor-based buying & selling
  • Pricing negotiation & margin control
  • Credit terms and stock-driven sales
  • Reseller / channel / counter sales exposure
