Roles & Responsibilities
The purpose of this role is to sign-on new resellers and ensure they send clients
Work Location: A popular Government Entity
Education
● Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Equivalent Level

● Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience

Detailed responsibilities:
Sales Reseller
· Identify potential resellers and sign them up as resellers using the standard company agreement.
· Convince the reseller to send their clients to company and ensure the reseller is servicing their client correctly and supporting with filling up the application in our system.
· Participating in events, trade shows etc. talking to potential clients, networking with resellers.
· Ideate and find new solutions to pricing and packaging the reseller product. Collect market information that will help us continuously improve our reseller program.
· Support with admin in and around the reseller program including reporting
Customer Service
· Assist with the development of internal communications and work collaboratively with colleagues to build strong external customer relationships and meet customer needs.
· Schedule follow-up actions and enter relevant information into the customer relationship management system after each contact with a customer to create a call plan and to ensure that the organization has quality data to enable effective customer retention and business development activities.
· Assist with ensuring the reseller applications are approved and move through the process, such as CEA, CID and trade name reservation and company registration.
Data & Reporting
· Maintain a daily log of all incoming and outgoing emails, and report data to the concerned management team members.
· Produce periodic reports to management as well as the company team, in relation to statuses, figures and various data on operations.
Continuous Improvement
· Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes, and practices considering international best practices, improvement of business processes and cost optimization.
Health, Safety and Environment
· Ensure compliance to all relevant quality, health, safety, and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls across the section to guarantee employee and assets safety, legislative compliance, and a responsible environmental attitude.
Information Security (Protection)
Responsible for complying with the principles and policy statements in the information security policies where relevant to your job/duties.; Maintaining the safe ownership and/or custody of all information and information assets entrusted to your care; and achieving the expected Information Protection core competencies/skills required for your position/role.
