Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities
  • Liaise with key departments to ensure smooth operational processes
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels to negotiate exclusive rates, special offers, allocation overrides, and terms and conditions
  • Analyze, verify, and compare rates with other suppliers and competitors to ensure market competitiveness
  • Provide guidance to internal teams on contract generation and management
  • Maintain all contract-related documents and correspondence accurately and systematically
  • Provide insights on leading destinations and popular properties in the market
  • Stay updated on changes to relevant rules and regulations, including free sell/stop sales and room allocations
  • Act as the main point of contact for suppliers regarding contract-related issues
  • Monitor contracts and make recommendations on renewals, extensions, or closures based on company interests
  • Ensure all internal contract documents are accurate and up-to-date
  • Secure the most competitive conditions for the company in the market
  • Handle hotel reservations efficiently, ensuring accuracy and high-quality service
  • Convince and guide clients effectively, offering tailored solutions to meet their needs and preferences
  • Demonstrate a strong ability to differentiate between various products and hotel offerings, ensuring clients receive the most suitable options
Additional Responsibilities
  • Review sales performance and contribute to performance improvements
  • Enhance the company's reputation through professional and efficient service
  • Handle client complaints and inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Perform follow-ups as needed and ensure all commitments are met

Desired Candidate Profile

We are seeking an experienced Reservation Agent with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in hotel reservations and contracting. The ideal candidate is fluent in both Arabic and English, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in B2B contracting or hotel reservations
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Arabic and English
  • Strong reading and comprehension skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Well-established relationships with various hotels, resorts, and suppliers
  • Proven ability to make effective reservations, persuade clients, and distinguish between product offerings
