Roles & Responsibilities

As a Reservation Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for managing reservations and ensuring a seamless booking experience. Your exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of hospitality.

What you will be doing:

  • Handle incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Accurately process and confirm reservations, ensuring all guest preferences and requests are noted.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and local attractions to provide guests with accurate information.
  • Collaborate with the front desk and other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience from booking to check-out.
  • Manage and resolve any reservation-related issues or complaints effectively and efficiently.

Desired Candidate Profile

Your experience and skills include:

  • Previous experience in a similar reservations, front office or customer service role.
  • Experience using hotel reservation systems, property management systems (e.g., Opera, SynXis, TARS or other Property Management Systems).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of Arabic languages is a plus.
