Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are recruiting a Reservation Agent (M/F) who is passionate about service and driven by the desire to make our guests dream even before their arrival.
Missions:
To welcome, advise and accompany our customers in the planning of their stay, personalizing every detail according to their desires.
Manage bookings (accommodations, activities, special offers) accurately and efficiently on our dedicated systems.
Work closely with internal departments to ensure a smooth, flawless experience.
To be the first voice of Mazagan, offering active listening, impeccable service and a touch of magic in every exchange.
Profile:
Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal skills and positive attitude.
Fluency in French and English (any other language is a plus).
Good knowledge of IT tools and reservation systems.
Sense of service, rigor and ability to manage several requests simultaneously.
Desired Candidate Profile
