Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Main responsibilities:
- Offers customers a high-quality telephone reception service combining attentiveness and efficiency.
- Contributes to the optimization of REVPAR through the sale of rooms to individual customers.
- Offers a response tailored to the client's needs, taking into account the possibilities offered by the establishment.
- Apply the commercial and pricing policy
- Contributes to the quality of the customer check-in process at reception by ensuring rigorous administrative follow-up
- Transform an inquiry into a booking proposal as soon as the opportunity arises.
- Knows the hotel's advantages and the services offered to clients. Based on the needs expressed by the prospective client, highlights certain advantages and services and transforms them into real assets.
- establishes excellent customer relations and thus enhances the hotel's image.
- Applies the pricing policy defined by the institution
- Respect the commercial policy defined by the hotel and the instructions given daily by the Revenue Manager
- When occupancy schedules allow, we offer a higher category and price room.
- Offers suggestions when such hotel is full for another Sofitel or such hotel of equivalent class.
- Ensure that all Sofitel standards and the Signature script are correctly applied.
- Provides a solution to a customer problem when it cannot be handled by a reservations agent.
- It qualitatively controls reservations; thus facilitating the management of customer arrivals
Desired Candidate Profile
Bac +2 / Bac +3 in hospitality, tourism or hotel management
- Proficiency in Opera hotel software
- Fluent in French and English
- Excellent customer service skills
- Elegant and professional communication
