Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the reservation team, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations, including staffing and scheduling.
- Handle escalated guest issues and complaints promptly and professionally, striving for resolution and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor reservation systems and booking channels, identifying and resolving discrepancies to maintain data accuracy.
- Analyze reservation trends and occupancy rates to optimize pricing strategies and maximize revenue generation.
Desired Candidate Profile
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a degree in hospitality management preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel reservations or a related field, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Experience with hotel reservation systems (e.g., Opera, Amadeus, etc.) is essential for efficient operations.
- Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is a must; additional language skills are a plus.
