Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Reservations Supervisor to join our team in yanbu, Saudi Arabia. In this key role, you will oversee the reservations department, ensuring optimal revenue generation and exceptional guest experiences.
- Lead and manage the reservations team, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve departmental goals
- Oversee daily reservations operations, implementing effective strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy
- Monitor and analyze reservation trends, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize performance
- Ensure all reservations are processed accurately and efficiently, adhering to company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with revenue management, sales, and front office teams to align reservation strategies with overall business objectives
- Handle complex reservation inquiries and resolve escalated customer issues
- Generate and analyze reports on reservations performance, providing insights to management
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian hospitality regulations and standards
Desired Candidate Profile
What you bring to the table:br> A service-oriented personality is essential; experience in dealing with guests/customers is an advantage.br> You have experience working with Opera or a similar system.br> You have excellent interpersonal/social skills and are very solution-oriented.br> You have very good English skills; additional language skills are an advantage./p>
