Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all housekeeping and laundry operations to maintain luxury standards across residences and public areas
- Ensure all facilities and services meet Six Senses brand expectations and sustainability principles
- Supervise, train, and motivate the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional service and operational consistency
- Collaborate with Front Office, Guest Services, and F&B to meet resident and guest needs efficiently
- Implement and enforce departmental policies, procedures, and best practices to maintain operational excellence
- Monitor inventory, control costs, and manage department budgets effectively
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure impeccable cleanliness and presentation
- Manage laundry operations, ensuring timely and quality service for guest and staff linen requirements
- Coordinate with maintenance and safety teams to uphold property condition and guest safety standards
- Prepare and analyze reports on performance, productivity, and service quality to identify improvement opportunities
Desired Candidate Profile
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Minimum of four years housekeeping or laundry management experience within a luxury hotel or resort environment
- Proven ability to manage large teams and multiple operational areas efficiently
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping systems, chemical handling, and inventory control
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a service-oriented mindset
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
