Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The Resources Planner is responsible for planning, allocating, tracking and optimizing manpower, equipment and materials to support Oil & Gas project execution, ensuring productivity and schedule adherence.

Manpower planning and allocation across multiple work fronts

  • Coordinate mobilization & demobilization of workforce and subcontractors
  • Prepare resource histograms, utilization reports & productivity logs
  • Track availability and deployment of tools, equipment & consumables
  • Create daily, weekly and monthly resource planning schedules
  • Coordinate with execution team, project planning & procurement departments
  • Maintain resource database in Primavera P6, SAP / ERP
  • Monitor absenteeism, OT calculations & crew rotation plans
  • Support shutdown/turnaround resource strategies and workforce balancing

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s Degree / Diploma

Experience in Resource Planning Oil & Gas / EPC / Industrial projects

Primavera P6 / SAP / ERP working knowledge preferred
