Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Ensure the commercial and contractual management of group and event requests, from the qualification of the need to the signing of the contract, guaranteeing optimized negotiation and strict adherence to the standards of the establishment and the brand.
1. Commercial Management & Contracting
- Analyze, qualify and respond to requests from groups and events (MICE, corporate, incentives, conferences, etc.).
- develop tailor-made commercial proposals aligned with the hotel's strategy.
- Negotiate rates, conditions, allotments and benefits while optimizing revenue.
- Drafting, finalizing and getting group and event contracts signed according to Accor/brand standards.
- Ensure administrative follow-up until handover to the operational team.
2. Customer & Partner Relations
- to be the preferred contact for MICE agencies, corporate, travel managers and event organizers.
- Advising clients in defining their needs.
- To develop a relationship of trust in order to maximize conversions and loyalty.
3. Internal coordination
- Working closely with Revenue, Reservations and Finance to validate the conditions.
- Coordinate the transition of the operational team file to the rationale (meeting planner / banqueting).
- Inform the relevant departments of the specific needs, budgets and customer expectations.
4. Business monitoring & reporting
- Monitor the MICE sales performance of your portfolio.
- Analyze the results, conversion rates, pricing and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with processes, sales conditions and contractual procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Excellent sales skills and a keen sense of negotiation.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English.
- Administrative rigor and mastery of CRM / PMS / CVENT / Back You tools
- Autonomy, organizational skills, ability to manage several files simultaneously.
- Strong customer and results orientation.
