Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Accurately process customer transactions using the POS system, handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, greeting guests warmly and resolving inquiries or complaints with a positive attitude.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including cash drawers, counters, and surrounding areas, to ensure a professional appearance.
  • Reconcile daily sales reports and cash balances, promptly addressing any discrepancies and ensuring financial accuracy.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating basic literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within the hospitality or retail industry, showcasing familiarity with customer service protocols.
  • Basic knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems, enabling efficient transaction processing.
  • A minimum of 6 months experience in a customer service environment, highlighting hands-on experience.
