Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead overall restaurant operations ensuring smooth daily functioning.
  • Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance.
  • Oversee food quality, service standards, and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze and manage restaurant financial performance including P&L, EBITDA, and cost control.
  • Implement sales-driving initiatives and operational improvements.
  • Maintain compliance with hygiene, food safety, and brand SOPs.
  • Coordinate with corporate and regional leadership for reporting and audits.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Graduate (Mandatory).
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in the same position with a leading international QSR brand.
  • Exposure: Strong background in Specialty QSR operations.
  • Skills:
    • Deep understanding of restaurant financials (P&L, EBITDA).
    • Excellent English communication (Mandatory).
    • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
