Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead overall restaurant operations ensuring smooth daily functioning.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance.
- Oversee food quality, service standards, and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze and manage restaurant financial performance including P&L, EBITDA, and cost control.
- Implement sales-driving initiatives and operational improvements.
- Maintain compliance with hygiene, food safety, and brand SOPs.
- Coordinate with corporate and regional leadership for reporting and audits.
Requirements
- Qualification: Graduate (Mandatory).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in the same position with a leading international QSR brand.
- Exposure: Strong background in Specialty QSR operations.
- Skills:
- Deep understanding of restaurant financials (P&L, EBITDA).
- Excellent English communication (Mandatory).
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
