Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The General Manager will be responsible for successfully launching and managing the restaurant, ensuring the highest levels of service, operational excellence, and financial performance.
As the #1 on site, the GM will embody the brands ethos and serve as the face of the restaurant, driving both guest experience and business success.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the pre-opening phase, including recruitment, training, supplier partnerships, and operational setup.

Establish and maintain brand standards, delivering an exceptional guest experience consistent with the restaurants international reputation.

Develop and manage budgets, P&L, and KPIs to ensure commercial success.

Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing team with a culture of excellence, engagement, and accountability.

Oversee daily operations with a strong presence on the floor, ensuring seamless guest interactions.

Act as an ambassador of the brand in Kuwait, building strong relationships with VIP clientele, partners, and local stakeholders.

Drive marketing, PR, and business development initiatives in partnership with the corporate team.

This is a rare opportunity to lead the launch of a globally renowned experiential dining brand, combining lifestyle, gastronomy, and a vibrant entertainment DNA.
Profile Sought
- Proven experience as General Manager (#1) of a high-end lifestyle experiential restaurant. ( international groups, well-known and recognized brands)
- Previous track record with an international hospitality/restaurant group is essential.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing significant P&L responsibilities.
- Charismatic, guest-oriented leader with excellent people management skills.
- Fluent in Arabic (mandatory) and English.
- Pre-opening experience highly valued.
- Strong understanding of Middle Eastern hospitality culture and clientele expectations.
