Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Operations & Leadership
- Take full ownership of daily restaurant operations and overall performance
- Lead from the floor during peak periods to ensure service quality and consistency
- Ensure full compliance with brand standards, health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Financial Control & Performance
- Manage labor through efficient scheduling and productivity control
- Monitor food, beverage, and operational costs and ensure targets are met
- Track sales performance, cost ratios, and key operational KPIs
- Analyze performance variances and implement corrective actions
Reporting & Management
- Prepare structured daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
- Ensure accuracy of data, reporting discipline, and proper follow-up
- Drive data-based decision making across all operational areas
Marketing Execution
- Ensure proper on-floor execution of marketing initiatives, promotions, and events
- Follow up on the marketing calendar and provide operational feedback
- Coordinate with relevant teams when required
People Management
- Lead teams firmly and fairly with clear expectations and standards
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, attendance, and daily performance
- Coordinate with HR on recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 6 8 years of experience in a senior restaurant management role
Proven experience managing busy, high-volume restaurants
Strong financial understanding and operational discipline
Confident leadership presence with excellent communication and decision-making skills
Ability to perform under pressure and manage peak periods
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Comfortable with reporting, analysis, and structured follow-up
Bachelor s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
Food safety certification
