Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service from front-of-house to back-of-house.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize profitability, including cost control, revenue generation, and efficient resource allocation.
  • Lead, mentor, and train a diverse team of employees, fostering a positive work environment and promoting professional growth.
  • Manage and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene, adhering to all health and safety regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management preferred.

  • Restaurant Management Certification or related certifications are a plus.

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in restaurant management, with at least 2 years in a General Manager role.

  • Proven track record of successful restaurant operations, including achieving financial targets and improving customer satisfaction.
